Mission Statement

The purpose for which this incorporation is formed is to develop and implement outreach programs to aid and assist state and local agencies associated with child protective services by providing case management, cost-efficient housing, arrangements for job and skills training, and placement, as well as housing for children and families affected by child protective services. Hawkins House will also provide temporary housing for teens aging out of foster care and parents with children in protective services assisting family courts in implementing individual plans ordered for the parents while assisting with the reunification of families. These programs include education, mental and behavioral health counseling, mentoring, tutoring, case management, basic life skills, behavioral rehab, recreational health, fitness, and constructive activities. This incorporation is also formed to acquire and hold such property for educational activities and community services.

At this time, Hawkins House is acting as a resource community-based organization until funds are available.
